Undergraduate students can borrow up to 5 items at any time.
Staff members and postgraduate students can borrow up to 10 items.
If you are a member of the Book Club then you are allowed an additional item.
Library items fall into the following loan categories:
- Standard loan: these can be borrowed for 14 days. These items have a white date label inside the book,
- Overnight loan: these items can be borrowed until 10:15 am on the following day. They have a yellow date label.
- Short loan: these items can be borrowed for 2 hours and used only inside the Library. The Short loan items are at the Circulation desk.
You can renew items before their due date with the exception of all short loan materials and any item that has been reserved by another person. It is your responsibility to make sure your items are returned before the due date. You will be fined for late returns.
